Senior Product Designer - Design Systems Focus

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and scale Farther's design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with 2-3+ years in design systems
• Strong Figma skills with ability to build and maintain scalable component architectures
• Experience scaling or evolving an existing design system (not just building from scratch)
• Self-directed with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Strong engineering collaboration—you understand how design translates to code
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and collaborating across workstreams
