Farmer Joe's Fresh Market is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and engaging individual with open availability to join our growing family as a Deli Associate. The ideal candidate will be part of the overall success of the daily Deli department operations and create an exceptional customer service experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Greet customers when they arrive at the deli counter
- Provide customers with information about various deli items
- Order, purchase, and stock deli products
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace
- Follow recipes and deli food preparation
- Ensure a sufficient supply of deli items is displayed in cases
- Pack and label deli products
- Slice, cut, weigh, and price deli items carefully
- Attend mandatory weekly team meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
