Job Description
Faria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Manager to lead the web team and drive the strategic direction of the online presence. This role involves leading the team, developing and optimizing the website, ensuring alignment with brand identity, and leveraging data to improve performance. This is a key position within the company and a priority for higher impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web management
- Experience leading and managing web teams
- Deep expertise in website analytics, SEO, content management systems, and web development technologies
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools
