Job Description
Fanfix is looking for a Full-Time Creator Success Coordinator to join our in-office team in Los Angeles. You'll be the operational and creative backbone of the Creator Success team, supporting creator relationships, helping with onboarding and launches, and ensuring our creators feel supported every step of the way.
Requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage details for multiple creators
- Takes initiative and problem-solves without direction
- Strong communicator and creative thinker
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and other organizational tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting team operations
- Passionate about social media, creator culture, and helping creators grow
