The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing cash transactions, counting tickets, and upholding company policies. Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- General sports and sports betting knowledge (preferred)
- 1+ year of cash handling experience
- 21+ years of age
- Gaming License from Iowa lottery
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
