Job Description
Fanatics is seeking a Casual Sales Associate for the Fiorentina store in Duomo/Porta Rossa, Florence, Italy. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The position is intermittent, requiring flexibility in terms of scheduling and availability.
Requirements
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Contributing to consistently maintaining the store in excellent conditions, performing all daily operations
- Ensuring that the store is perfectly stocked
- Adherence to all daily procedures, including usual cleaning procedures
- Personalization of products (match jerseys, etc)
