Operations Associate (Swing Shift)

The Operations Associate plays a critical role within the Operations Department, working cross-functionally to manage, track, curate, and fulfill high-value assets. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about collectibles.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or asset management (collectibles or e-commerce background is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling high-value assets
• Proficiency in using computers and inventory management software
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift/move objects, and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, reaching overhead)
