Job Description
Family Service Association is seeking a full-time Program Aide to assist the Activity Director and Program Coordinator in implementing daily operations at their Adult Day Health program in Mashpee, MA. The role involves maintaining participant records, observing and documenting care, assisting with nursing and ADL needs, and providing socialization opportunities. The position is for an hourly rate of $20 per hour, Monday through Friday, with 7:45 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. schedule.
Requirements
- Maintain individual participant records and maintain facility/program data.
- Observe and document participant status and care and services.
- Assist with nursing care, including vital sign reporting, personal hygiene, and safe participant personal hygiene.
- Assist with ADL's.
- Provide support and encouragement to participants for socialization, education, and recreation.
- Assist with meal procurement and delivery.
- Assist with the ADL needs of the participants.
