Job Description
FAM Brands is seeking a highly experienced Senior Designer to lead seasonal product development, including design, translation, team management, and licensing. This hybrid role blends hands-on product design with leadership responsibilities, offering both creative and operational opportunities. The role is vital for both product success and team development.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in volume-driven or licensed brand environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, trend-aware product
- Prior team leadership experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and PLM systems (Centric preferred)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, technical handoff, and design-for-cost
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent communicator
