Requirements

• Supervision of other maintenance employees
• Leadership position on special projects
• Skilled maintenance and repair tasks
• Knowledge of accident and safety precautions
• Proficient in a specific trade with general maintenance and repair skills
• Work independently on routine projects
• Overtime for special projects or emergencies
