Community Manager

Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm dedicated to building sustainable communities. We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations, all on-site compliance activities, and for the overall performance of their assigned property.

Requirements

• Ensure adherence to laws relating to leasing
• Develops responses to regulatory agencies
• Implements intervention strategies with tenants
• Prepares site REAC reviews and other regulatory compliance activities
• Assisting tenants with requests and problems
• Monitor tenant and complex-wide arrears and litigation cases
• Supervise and direct preventive and emergency maintenance/repairs
• Coordinate vendor bids and contractor quotes
• Create reports for review and monitoring of building maintenance
