Community Engagement Manager

Fairstead is seeking an organized and enthusiastic professional to serve as Resident Engagement Coordinator for one of its New York City portfolios.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Property Management, Public Affairs, Development, and Design & Construction on resident communication strategy across the portfolio.
• Manage direct relationships with 12+ tenant leaders.
• Plan and organize resident meetings.
• Present at meetings.
• Draft, design, and manage written communication / notice distribution.
• As needed, liaise with third-party stakeholders.
