Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and maintaining the property's exterior and common areas. The role involves effective communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
- Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment
