Community Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Community Manager to lead our team and maintain high standards of customer service and property operations.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of hands-on property management experience
• Multifamily property experience required
• A successful track record as a supervisor is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software
• Strong understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions
• Previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating incomes
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Industry certification preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
