Community Leasing Associate

Fairfield is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to work at their apartment community in Tiburon, California. The successful candidate will be a dynamic salesperson with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing customer service, and promoting the Fairfield brand.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales or retail position
• Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus
• Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to close a sale is highly preferred
• Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License may be required
