Assistant Maintenance Technician

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Assistant Maintenance Technician to join their team. The role is responsible for ensuring that vacated apartments are restored to'market ready' condition on schedule, while also assisting with general maintenance tasks for the property's interior and exterior upkeep.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of professional maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and pool maintenance strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting procedures.
• Ability to work an on-call schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
