Program Manager

Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a motivated and results-driven Program Manager to lead our efforts in managing, developing, and deploying new technology products, solutions and R&D projects.

Requirements

• Executing defined projects
• Ensuring projects meet schedule, specification, cost, and business case requirements
• Managing customer/contract scope, quality, requirements and deliverables
• Risk management and financial and schedule management and reporting
• Leading an indirect team of 5-10 individuals
• Providing feedback to direct managers for performance coaching
