Requirements

• Leadership & Supervision of our Customer Service Team
• Participation in management meetings & close cooperation with other department heads
• Monitoring of performance & active co-design of optimization processes in customer service
• Answering customer inquiries by phone
• Answering customer inquiries in chat
• Basic (not in-depth) product consulting
• Scheduling workshop appointments
• Telephonic transmission of messages to customers (e.g. completion dates)
• Editing and drafting emails
• Working with online portals of our business partners
