Location Manager

We are seeking a Location Manager to lead and manage the distribution operation, including inventory management, staff supervision, cash management, and customer service. This is a working manager role that requires a proven team player with a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role
• 3 years of P&L responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills
• Ability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes
• Ability to motivate a dynamic team
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely
