Job Description
The Product Development Engineer will design cell products based on customer requirements, validate performance, and lead continuous optimization. They will prepare documents, solve issues, and collaborate with customers. The role involves both independent work and cross-departmental support.
Requirements
- At least a Master's degree
- At least 3 years of material development and product development experience
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries
- Good FA/problem solving/data analysis capability
- Good communication with English
- Rich experience for customer communication (EV car development is a plus)
