Job Description
Factor is a market leader in Integrated LawTM, combining expertise, AI-powered solutions, and business process knowledge to deliver complex legal work at scale. The company is looking for a Contract Management Analyst to join their team, with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for clients.
Requirements
- Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified
- Fluent in German language
- Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
- Minimum of 0-2 years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Regular client-facing experience
- Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word
- Organizational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship
- Client relationship management
