Job Description
FMC Ice Sports, the largest provider of ice sport facility management and operations in the United States, is seeking Lead Instructors to assist with hockey programs, focusing on ice skating and/or skating. Instructors will guide students on safety, skating techniques, and provide customer service. Positions are part-time, requiring shifts in the afternoon, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- Effectively uses customer service skills to control customer interactions.
- Educates the public to the habits and attitudes of safe ice activities.
- Accurately evaluates placements of students for skating instructions.
- Prepares/completes program documents like attendance, recommendations, etc.
- Enforces all rules regarding rink policies and operating procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff.
