Job Description
FMC Ice Sports, formed in 1992, is a leading public ice-skating arena operator in Massachusetts. They are seeking a Concessions Attendant to manage POS operations, prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Food and Beverage Manager. This role requires excellent attendance, flexibility, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service (is preferred)
- Detail oriented, communicative and ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to interact with staff in a friendly and efficient manner
