F5 Facility Services is seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant Remote Commercial Service Plumber to join our expanding team. This is a remote position that requires exceptional autonomy and the ability to work effectively with limited management interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert plumbing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services to our diverse commercial clients.
Requirements
- Perform plumbing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial plumbing systems
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for repair, maintenance, and installation projects
- Maintain and manage company-provided service vehicle and equipment
- Work collaboratively with other team members remotely
- Utilize company-provided mobile applications
- Utilize customer-specific software for time tracking and job management
- Operate and maintain a variety of clog clearing equipment
