Job Description
Schumacher & Co. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role combines administrative support with operational responsibilities, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. This is a hybrid position within the North America division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
