Job Description
F.H. Paschen is seeking a Superintendent to lead field activities for construction projects. This role requires independent work with other team members, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality and adherence to regulations. The position reports to a Project Manager and offers opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years General Construction experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
