Job Description
F.H. Paschen is seeking an Estimator to support construction projects. The Estimator will review plans, proposals, and budget calculations, estimate project costs, and coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate budgets and proposals. Strong construction knowledge and problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or another degree related to the built environment.
- 5-8 years estimating, cost control, project management, and/or engineering experience in construction.
- Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data.
- Familiarity with construction means and methods.
