Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare

F.H. Paschen is a construction company seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on healthcare projects. The role reports to the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager and involves managing projects, preparing estimates, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate has a B.S in Construction Management/Engineering and/or 2-3 years of general construction experience.

Requirements

• B.S Construction Management / Engineering and / or 2-3 years general construction experience required.
• Knowledge of construction, quantity take-offs and estimating required.
• Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects.
