Office Manager

Office Manager will achieve a world-class Total Patient Experience that maximizes retail sales and supports patients' medical needs. Responsible for overall sales and profitability of an office location.

Requirements

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location
• Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team
• Maintain facility to corporate standards
• Monitor and enforce Company cash handling policies and procedures
• Execute day-to-day operations of the office
