Job Description
EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to drive overall retail sales and patient experience. This role involves managing all office operations, including team member support, merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring excellent patient care. The Office Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Requirements
- Directly execute sales and profitability of office location.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Maintain facility standards.
- Monitor and enforce company cash handling policies.
- Maintain inventory and supply ordering.
- Ensure compliance with HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
