Staff Infrastructure Engineer – AWS, Terraform (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer (f/m/x) to become a driving force in shaping our infrastructure and influencing company-wide engineering outcomes. This is a high-impact position where you will strategically design, implement, and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or related fields with significant experience in AWS
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code principles and extensive experience with Terraform
• Strong understanding of serverless architectures and AWS Lambda
• Proven ability to design and implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Sentry, or similar
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS services and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability
• Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash
• Proven ability to define and implement deployment strategies including blue/green and canary deployments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex infrastructure challenges
• Prior experience mentoring engineers in a staff or principal-level capacity
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English required
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, comfortable with fast-paced and evolving needs
• A passion for building reliable and efficient infrastructure that empowers engineering teams
