Job Description
We are looking for Senior Infrastructure Engineers to strengthen our cloud and platform foundations. In this role, you'll design scalable and secure systems on AWS, evolve our infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices, and champion a culture of optimization, observability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient infrastructure on AWS
- Lead the development and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Own monitoring and observability strategy using tools like Grafana and Sentry
- Identify and address sources of technical debt, continuously improve system reliability and performance
- Mentor mid-level engineers and share knowledge across teams through documentation, reviews, and discussions
- Communicate clearly about trade-offs, timelines, and priorities, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals
- Balance multiple priorities effectively and stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment
