Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in tax
• 4 years of experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning
• 4 years of experience with inbound or outbound transaction consulting
• Must have active CPA certification or ability to obtain within one year
• Ability to work on client engagements, including engagement-related budgeting and billing
