Requirements
- University degree in Economics or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
