Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance management within Information Security
• Ability to balance security needs with business impact
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Capable of building relationships and facilitating compliance to security policies
• Experience in risk assessments and recommending remediation strategies
• Ability to develop and oversee enforcement protocols
• Proficient in communicating complex issues and negotiating solutions
• Knowledgeable in technical infrastructure and applications
• Ability to team well with others to facilitate and enhance the understanding & compliance to security policies
• Assist with metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of policy enforcement and generate regular reports
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, trustworthiness and confidence to represent the company and security leadership with professionalism
