Job Description
EY is seeking a Manager to join their Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Canada. The role involves providing financial reporting, accounting, and assurance services to clients, partnering with them on acquisitions, financial conversions, and other projects. The team works with a wide range of clients and leverages accounting standards, technology, and robust internal controls.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in application of accounting standards (IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP) and audit experience
- Experience in financial statement close and applying Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (SOX 404 or NI 52-109)
- Demonstrated mastery of key concepts related to internal controls and finance process improvements
- Impeccable client relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to teamwork and leadership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
