Manager - Finance Transformation| Lisboa/Porto

EY is seeking a Manager – Finance Transformation to join the Business Consulting group. This role involves building relationships with clients, analyzing business needs, and developing strategic and operational recommendations to enhance the role and effectiveness of the finance and operations function. The manager will work on a broad range of projects and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Master ́s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum experience of 6 years in management consulting environment, fintech’s and / or background in finance operations
• Background in operational finance is desired
• Experience in preparing proposals; participation in pitches; develop new business in accounts and through clients’ relationships
• Demonstrated experience in project-based engagements in any or the combination of the following areas: knowledge in financial and accounting processes, consulting projects, ERP / technology implementations
• Full English Proficiency
