Requirements

• University background and 6-9 years of experience in change management
• Experience in guiding and overseeing large projects and transformation programs in a consulting/project environment
• Excellent control of the Dutch and English language
• Proactively realizing objectives and challenging the status quo
• Commercial experience in building sustainable customer relationships
• Skilled in realizing complex and large-scale change programs
