As an HR Business Partner - Associate at EY, you will provide support and guidance to colleagues and assist firm leadership on various people issues. You will design, develop, and apply strategies to enable organisational purpose, individual purpose, employee engagement, culture, and development.
Requirements
- 3 years + experience in a similar role in Luxembourg
- Deep expertise in HR disciplines, including organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Team player – willingness to “muck in” and help colleagues
- Interested in building strong stakeholder and employee management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suits
- Fluent in English
