EY is seeking a Sr. Digital Workforce Transformation Consultant to join their rapidly growing practice. This role involves leading client engagement, delivering project value, and developing people, alongside the implementation of UKG Pro. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR technology and UKG Pro implementation, and have experience with client engagement, process design, and solution configuration.
Requirements
- A related bachelor's degree
- Approximately 3+ years Consulting experience
- 2 - 5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro Certifications are ideal
- Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
- Experience supporting or leading business process design, enhancements
- Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
- Experience participating and/or leading client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment
- An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Ability to work through a problem with limited information
- Flexibility and ability to travel
