We are looking for an experienced Director to lead operations, manufacturing, and supply chain projects. As a Team Leader, you will collaborate with business leaders to provide analysis to optimize operational excellence in various areas, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, procurement, and supply chain optimization. This role involves interactions with clients at the national and international level, and mastery of French and English is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other relevant discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting or industry in a role related to manufacturing operations
- In-depth knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, etc.)
- Experience in developing commercial proposals and responding to RFPs
- Experience in evaluating and transforming rapid operations and supply chains
- Skills in inventory management, warehouse optimization, and operational performance improvement
- Expertise in quality improvement, cost reduction, preventive maintenance, and autonomous maintenance
- Knowledge of supplier management, product lifecycle, procurement, and logistics
- Experience in change management and digital transformation of operations (Smart Factory)
