AI Engineering Supervision

We are seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead innovation projects focused on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, driving operational efficiency, new business models, and differentiated technology experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Technology, Computing, or related areas.
• Experience in digital solutions, innovation, and AI, including project leadership and development team management.
• Experience with GenAI and Python.
• Knowledge in LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, crewAI, LangGraph.
• Agent architectures (multiagents, roles, tools, memory, MCP, A2A).
• RAGs construction: vector DBs, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and hybrid search.
• Cloud Azure: Containers, Functions, Cosmos, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Advanced/fluency in English and intermediate Spanish.
