Financial Counselor (Allergy)

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Financial Counselor to prepare estimates for medical services, educate patients, and collect payment. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in medical billing and collecting money, knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year previous customer service experience in medical billing and collecting money
• Experience with CPT and ICD coding
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
