Handyperson

As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for providing operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems, performing general maintenance for residential units and the rest of the building, and delivering 5-star service to residents, guests, and fellow team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and a vocational/technical background
• At least 2 years of experience working with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to perform painting, carpentry, and finish work
• Experience working with fire, life, health, and safety systems
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and resident information
