Job Description
Exponent Partners is looking for an Impact Partner to guide nonprofit executives in connecting their mission goals to technology strategy. The Impact Partner will act as a trusted advisor, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive measurable progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Background as an Executive Director, Program Director, CIO/CTO, consultant, or business development leader in the nonprofit sector
- Proven ability to influence senior nonprofit executives and boards
- Experience in business development and managing against revenue targets
- Familiarity with nonprofit information systems (CRM, case management, data strategy)
- Skilled in outcome measurement, impact storytelling, and sector thought leadership
