Job Description
We are developing a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle and are seeking a talented Mechanism Engineer to help design mechanisms for our Future Projects. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing space mechanisms, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and conducting research to solve complex engineering problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in designing mechanisms for the aerospace industry
- Good understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD software (such as Nx (Siemens) or CATIA) for 3D modeling and simulation
- Knowledge of space environment challenges (vacuum, radiation, extreme temperatures) and their impact on mechanisms
- Experience with kinematic, torque, and force calculations
