Consultant en Excellence Opérationnelle H/F

This position offers a Senior Enterprise Transformation Consultant role at the Montigny-le-Bretonneux agency, responsible for leading complex transformation projects and strategic framework design. The consultant will lead teams, advise senior management, and drive change within a lean/six sigma framework. They will also focus on performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (5+ years), engineering school, commerce school or university with a specialization in operational excellence, transformation or strategy
• 10+ years of experience in leading organizational, industrial or digital transformation projects (ideally in multiple sectors)
