Senior Platform Architect

Experian is a global data and technology company seeking a Senior Platform Architect to define and guide the evolution of its enterprise-wide platform, Ascend Platform capabilities. The successful candidate will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions that support enterprise-wide applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with emphasis on building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, or infrastructure design.
• In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and data-intensive application design.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, along with building CI/CD pipelines for production environments.
• Architectural leadership, technology adoption and promote platform reuse across diverse teams.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
