- Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing principles across all development teams.
- Align QA practices with DevSecOps and Agile delivery models, ensuring continuous integration and deployment readiness.
- Manage and mentor QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner with Development Leads, Architects, and Product Owners to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
