A Serasa Experian is looking for a Data Manager to lead a technical data team, promoting continuous development and raising the technical bar of professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multidisciplinary data teams and have knowledge of data architecture, data science project life cycles, and data modeling techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary data teams (Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineers)
• Practical experience in the complete data cycle (data prep, modeling, visualization, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge in data architecture and data science project life cycles (experimentation and MLOps)
• Knowledge of different data modeling techniques and statistics
• SQL and Python mastery for data extraction, modeling, and analysis
• Robust analytical ability, structured reasoning, and ability to work and direct the team with projections and decision-making models
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with good data governance, quality, and architecture practices
• Sense of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability to act in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment
